In 2010, I set foot in the exciting world of insect farming by joining one of the first BSF research project in SEA in 2010. Following these 2 years in Indonesia, I did a PhD in Sustainable Aquaculture looking at the use of insect-based ingredients for fish (with field work in Ghana, Thailand and UK). This experience has confirmed my interest to work in the insect as feed and food sector. For the last 7 years I have worked in Malaysia and Thailand in the BSF industry.
